Janice Lithgow associate consultant Janice has a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management and qualifications in HACCP management and food hygiene. Janice managed food service operations within the education, business, aged care, and health boards throughout New Zealand for Spotless. Prior to coming to New Zealand Janice, worked as a multisite operations manager in the UK. |
