compliance risk management benchmarking 

Consultant Catering  measure  your food service departments  performance against specific service level needs and requirements, compliance with NZ legislation and international best practice. We follow a   “plan, do, check, and improve” methodology, and is a collaborative process with your food service manager or chef.
The program ensures that the basics are in place so you can be sure that you are controlling the service quality, the financial performance and managing any risk properly.
supplier auditing
We specialise in working with your  suppliers to ensure they meet the optimum standard that is  appropriate for high-risk catering such as schools and rest homes. We can audit new suppliers to ensure they  provide a quality and safe product.
operational audit 
The audit is carried out with your senior staff member, or another person nominated by you, it examines the whole cycle of food service (download detail)  
The audit identifies;
  • was the standard met  yes or no 
  • actions needed to achieve the standard 
  • who is responsible for rectification
  • completion date 
Any health and safety or food safety non-compliance  is followed by a risk assessment and isolation or immediate action needed to mitigate the risk.
