Consultant Catering  combines years of experience with seasoned leadership  to provide excellence in achieving more in less time. Our programs give your manager chef or cook supervisor all the information and technical support  they would get from being part of a contract catering company, but tailored to your needs.

basic short term mentoring & coaching package 
A coaching program is suitable for  a short term food service issue, such as  implementing a productivity analysis, or remedying issue identified in an operational audit. The program starts with a one-day briefing session in your facility and followed by three one hour coaching sessions each month, through Skype, telephone or location visits.The program is monitored via a weekly  review of agreed 30-day 60-day and 90-day action plans prepared with your food service manager.
leadership transition management programme
